Submit a paper we missed.
- Open
- Visible immediately, with the citation.
- Reviewing
- Someone has read the paper. Target: fourteen days.
- Accepted
- Formula bumps a version. Submitter credited in the changelog.
- Rejected
- Reasoning published under the dispute. Can be re-opened with new evidence.
